Commissions are calculated using the product subtotal after discounts have been applied.

⚖️ Brand Ambassador Agreement
By submitting an application and participating in the XR² Nourishments Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
• You will represent XR² Nourishments honestly, professionally, and respectfully.
• You will accurately represent your experience with our products and will not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Commissions are earned only on approved qualifying product sales completed through your referral code or referral link.
• No commissions are earned on taxes, shipping charges, cancelled orders, refunded orders, or chargebacks.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, coupon abuse, or attempts to manipulate the program are strictly prohibited.
• You agree to comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines by clearly disclosing your ambassador relationship when promoting XR² Nourishments.
• XR² Nourishments reserves the right to review, approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any ambassador account for violations of these terms or conduct that negatively reflects the company.
• XR² Nourishments may update the Brand Ambassador Program, including commission rates, rewards, eligibility requirements, or program guidelines as the company grows. Any material changes will not affect commissions that have already been earned and approved.
• Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the ambassador and XR² Nourishments.
This agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance into the XR² Nourishments Brand Ambassador Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
