1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is XIO Enterprises, LLC, doing business as XR² Nourishments (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Afro Fest, its organizers, Instagram, Meta, or any other third party referenced in connection with the promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who can provide a valid United States delivery address.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and its participating affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
An eligible person may enter without making a purchase by completing the official Online Sweepstakes Entry Form described below.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person in total, regardless of the method of entry.
4. TWO WAYS TO ENTER
There are only two methods of entry into the Sweepstakes.
A. PURCHASE ENTRY
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant who makes a qualifying purchase of $100 or more from XR² Nourishments may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry in accordance with the Sponsor’s stated entry procedures.
The participant must provide the contact information required to administer the entry and contact a potential winner.
A purchase is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase a participant’s odds of winning.
B. FREE ONLINE ENTRY
An eligible participant may enter without making a purchase by completing and submitting the official Online Sweepstakes Entry Form during the Sweepstakes Period.

The entrant must provide all information requested on the form.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, late, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
5. ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person in total, regardless of the method of entry.
A person who receives a purchase entry may not also receive a free online entry. If more than one entry is submitted for the same person, only the first eligible entry received may be included in the drawing.
The purchase-entry method and the free online-entry method provide the same opportunity to win.
6. AFRO FEST PARTICIPATION
Attendance at Afro Fest does not automatically constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes.
Simply attending, visiting, or participating in Afro Fest does not provide an additional entry or create a separate method of entry.
An Afro Fest attendee who wishes to participate must use one of the two entry methods identified in Section 4:
  • A qualifying purchase of $100 or more; or
  • The official free Online Sweepstakes Entry Form.
Afro Fest attendance itself is not an entry.
7. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 5, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 6, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Sponsor’s computer or designated electronic system will serve as the official timekeeping device for online entries.
8. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) cosmetic refrigerator stocked with the following six XR² Nourishments products:
  • One Whipped Scalp Renewal Butter, 8 oz — ARV $35
  • One Velvet Glow Butter, 8 oz — ARV $35
  • One Velvet Restore Scrub, 8 oz — ARV $40
  • One Tri-Relief Oil, 2 oz — ARV $25
  • One Beard Renewal Oil, 2 oz — ARV $30
  • One Velvet Glow + Restore Lip Balm, 0.15 oz — ARV $5
The cosmetic refrigerator has an ARV of $57.
The total approximate retail value of the refrigerator and six products is $227.
The prize will be awarded as described. No product, prize, or cash substitutions are permitted. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or redeemed for cash through the Sponsor.
The winner must provide a valid delivery address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
9. ODDS OF WINNING
There will be one (1) prize winner.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was received through the purchase method or the free online-entry method.
10. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about September 12, 2026.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or a person designated by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor’s decision concerning the selection and verification of the potential winner is final, subject to applicable law.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information supplied with the winning entry.
The Sponsor may contact the potential winner by email or telephone.
The potential winner may be required to verify their identity, age, residency, delivery address, and eligibility before being declared the official winner.
The Sponsor may announce the verified winner through the XR² Nourishments website and the @xrsquarednourishments social-media account.
12. 72-HOUR CLAIM PERIOD
The potential winner will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time the winner notification is sent to respond to the Sponsor and complete the prize-claim process.
The potential winner may be disqualified if they:
  • Do not respond within 72 hours;
  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Are determined to be ineligible;
  • Decline the prize;
  • Fail to provide requested information or documentation;
  • Provide false or inaccurate information; or
  • Have the winner notification returned as undeliverable.
If the potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until the prize is claimed or there are no remaining eligible entries.
13. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
Before receiving the prize, the selected winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or governmental obligations that may apply to the prize.
The Sponsor will not require the winner to purchase additional products, pay a fee, or provide payment information as a condition of receiving the prize.
14. PRIZE DELIVERY
The verified winner must provide a complete and valid delivery address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
The Sponsor will communicate with the verified winner by email to make all final arrangements for receiving the prize. Depending on the winner’s location, the prize will be provided through shipping or local delivery arranged by the Sponsor.
The winner must respond to delivery-related communications and provide accurate information necessary to complete delivery.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the winner, carrier delays, weather, an unavailable recipient, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon confirmed delivery of the prize.
15. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND DISQUALIFICATION
Entries must be submitted by the eligible individual participating in the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that:
  • Contains false or misleading information;
  • Is incomplete;
  • Is received outside the Sweepstakes Period;
  • Is duplicated or submitted in violation of the entry limit;
  • Is generated or submitted by automated means;
  • Involves fraud, deception, manipulation, or misrepresentation;
  • Tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry or drawing process; or
  • Otherwise violates these Official Rules.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, corrupted, interrupted, or technically compromised entries.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, administrative difficulties, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from the eligible entries received before the termination, if reasonably possible and legally permitted.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, and promotional partners from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor makes no warranties concerning the prize beyond any warranties provided by the applicable product manufacturer.
18. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state, and general statements regarding the prize for legitimate promotional purposes without additional compensation.
19. PRIVACY
Information submitted by participants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, arrange shipping or local delivery of the prize, prevent duplicate entries, and fulfill other purposes disclosed when the information is collected.
Marketing communications are optional and are not required to enter the Sweepstakes.
Personal information will be handled according to the Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
